Surface Refraction...

There are shards of personality that are like glass, those just transparent - easily read and understood. Then there are those like security glass, silently reflecting the outside in sheild but become transparent to those who care to look close enough and finally there are those like fully fledged mirrors, edges which cannot be scanned for the owners lack of want to be understood, fear of what that could entail or no-one has care enough to peer close enough.
